Equity Release

Age Concern England recommends that you always get independent legal and financial advice before taking out an equity release plan to release income or capital from the value of your home. Age Concern East Cheshire works with Parker Kelly Independent Financial Services who can explain the schemes available in more detail.   

An appointment is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to go ahead with an Equity Release plan. It is simply an opportunity to ask any questions, find out the costs involved and to see how much money you can potentially raise from your home.
