First foot the new Alderley Edge By-Pass for
Age Concern East Cheshire

You are invited to stroll 3 miles (one carriage way) stride 6 miles (both carriageways) or run (both carriageways) of the brand new Alderley Edge By-Pass for Age Concern Cheshire East. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to put a foot on a road that many of us will use with a vehicle.... well into our older age!

Supporting us now means we'll be there to support you when you need us.

Sunday 24th October 2010

Walking begins at 11am at the Northern end (Merlin roundabout) or Southern end (Monks Heath crossroads). There will be a shuttle bus for the strollers to return to their cars. Simply print off the details and sponsor form and get collecting those sponsors!

Email karyn.johnston@ageconcerneastcheshire.org.uk to say you'll do it so we know if we're near our target of having 400 sponsored walkers on the day.

The brave runners will have an earlier start at 9.30am. Runner numbers are limited so you will need to register early at http://www.alderleyedge.com/news/article/2833/run-the-bypass-before-it-opens
